You'll be our team's reference for attracting, retaining and developing talent and the link between the management and team members' perspectives.

What you'll do

  • Support management in establishing, tracking, analyzing and reporting hiring metrics, goals and action items.

  • Manage applicant pipeline and hiring process: develop job description for needed position, perform initial screening, track application status, write job offers and ensure an adequate onboarding process.

  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy and processes for sourcing quality candidates for each of the needed roles.

  • Identify, evaluate and coordinate key training and development courses that hone strong talent in leadership.

  • Ensure organizational effectiveness, recruiting and retention, performance management/internal review processes, on-boarding, compensation, orientation, learning and development and employee relations.

  • Help promote our company values, monitor and resolve work issues, and enhance leadership effectiveness that leads to the successful achievement of business goals and employee satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

  • Implement recommendations to drive best practices in HR.

  • Proven experience hiring or working directly with technical profiles.

  • Excellent management and coaching practices, with the ability to represent both management and employee perspectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.

  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a highly qualified pipeline.

  • Motivation and flexibility to adapt to an environment where things change quickly.

  • Strong interest in frontier technologies, cryptocurrencies and blockchain.


  • Previous experience contributing or managing crypto or open source projects.
